Cal Pesolet, a historical farmhouse converted to use renewable energy, is located in the town of Nèfol, in the Cerdanya region, at an altitude of 1,250 m. The house is just 150 metres from the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park and five minutes by car to the town of Bellver de Cerdanya.
This rural accommodation is available for full rental and sleeps nine people. It has been totally refurbished, maintaining the original structure and materials and turning it into a green home, with a biomass boiler, solar panels and an electric vehicle charging point. It has three bedrooms with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a fireplace, and a reading-games room. The house offers breathtaking views of rolling fields in the valley and the mountains of Puigpedrós, Carlit, Puigmal and Tossa d’Alp.
Outside there is a spectacular porch, which was originally used to dry and store hay. There you will find two large wooden tables and chairs for 12 people, a barbecue and a workbench. There is also an eco-friendly swimming pool where you can take a dip while admiring the incredible views; there is also a shallow children’s end with steps into the pool and maximum depth of 40 cm, while the other part reaches a depth of 1.50 metres.
The house also has a chicken coop and organic vegetable garden. Children will love feeding leftovers to the chickens, counting the different coloured hens or searching for the rooster.
The location, just a stone’s throw from Bellver de Cerdanya and the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, makes it the perfect spot to enjoy adventure sports and hiking. If you like architecture, don’t miss the churches of Sant Julià de Pedra, Santa Maria de Talló and Santa Eugènia de Nerellà, as well as Bellver’s historical quarter.
Cal Pesolet admits pets with prior notice. A price supplement applies.
