In one word WOW! What a great experience!!! We were surrounded by warmth, hospitality and friendliness. The location and room(s)? Nowhere more tasteful and you will be amazed!! The food? What a beautiful, special place. Everything has a colorful, atmospheric appearance. The staff is extremely warm and friendly. I really enjoyed it with a capital G.

We (four friends) were able to enjoy the beautiful colorful B&B Can Portell for four days.
We were warmly welcomed by Debbie. We stayed in "The Granary", where in addition to two bedrooms and a bathroom we also had our own living room!!
Every morning we were surprised with a delicious breakfast in an always cozy setting and on several occasions we were also able to enjoy a fantastic dinner.
Both Debbie and her crew give you a very warm welcome and it really feels like coming home (even though it was only four days for us).
Debbie, Maaike, Anna, Roos, Noor, Jildau & Julie ; Thanks again for everything and we will definitely come back!!

We went to Debbie In Can Portell with the whole family!
We slept in different places; in the house, in the stables, in the caravans: a total of 23 family members of different ages. It was one big party. Delicious breakfast and delicious dinner. Tastiest desserts ever! Very hospitable and sweet and pleasant staff and Debbie is a fantastic hostess!

Instant relax and happiness when you arrive at this wonderful place..
A million things to look at, lots of corners to sit and have a chat, read a book or just chill in a hammock in the endless flourishing garden.
The in-house chef is an absolute gem!
Creative healthy cooking
Great for celebrations and girly get-togethers.

Everything about this quirky BnB says "welcome". The decor has a wow factor. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming. Lovely rooms, each one with a different decor. Debbie the owner is an amazing hostess and the food was outstanding. Highly recommended for people looking for something different and special.

Very special bed&breakfast. Traditional catalan country house decorated with extreme kitsch taste, colorful, with a lot of fascination to spanish sevillian culture icons. The owner is a very kind lady. Breakfast is nice and good quantity. Garden is very big and has a nice swimming pool. A wonderful place for a quiet and not so conventional stay.

The place and the experience were beautiful. the house is huge, gorgeous and located in the middle of the countryside, not far of a drive from Girona city. the season was low it was only us and another couple as guests, so we could choose any room and the place was extremely quiet. each room was large and designed beautifully. it isn't so cheap, but I think It is worth it if you're traveling with a car and you wish for a unique experience in the countryside. We recommend this place and I hope I'll visit again soon :)
