Can Xargay is a millenarian traditional Catalan villa located in the quiet village of Mata, just 2 km. from Banyoles lake, 15 km. from the natural park of the volcanic area of la Garrotxa and 35 minutes from the beaches (Costa Brava).
The house is ideal for a group of friends, for family reunions … or just for a few days for relaxing.
The whole house is rented for a group from 12 up to 20 people. It has got 8 bedrooms (one adapted for wheelchair users), 6 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, DVD with “Home Cinema”, air conditioning, Internet (high speed internet), a reading room, a large dining room with a fireplace, a games room and a wellness room where you can enjoy wellness treatments (upon reservation).
Outside there is a beautiful garden with swings for the children, a covered porch with barbecue and a heated private pool at 28.5ºC with a whirlpool bench.
