Casa rural de alquiler independiente en Beuda, Garrotxa.

Dispone de 6 plazas rehabilitada al estilo de las casas solariegas tradicionales catalanas documentada del 1148 y regentada siempre por la misma familia. Consta de cocina – comedor y sala de estar con un baño en la planta baja y 1 baño completo y 4 habitaciones en la planta superior: 2 con cama doble, 2 con 1 cama individual. Posibilidad de un supletorio y cunas. Totalmente equipada: menaje de cocina y comedor, sábanas, mantas y toallas.

En el exterior mesa con sillas, barbacoa, lavadora, 2 plazas de aparcamiento cubiertas, piscina cubierta y semiclimatitzada por placas solares con temperaturas entre 20 y 26ºC de abril a noviembre, porterías de fútbol infantiles y parque infantil.

Bien situada para disfrutar de la comarca de la Garrotxa, Pla de l’Estany y Alt Empordà.

fantastic The house and Assumpta are very welcoming. We have been to the Carpenter's house. Everything taken care of in detail, and very polished. Ideal for families with children. Very well connected, and just a few minutes from Olot, Figueres, Banyoles... we wanted to take a dip in the pool... but we weren't there in time... we'll save it for the next time 🥰

We were 7 people on a weekend to celebrate a birthday (it's the second time), and the truth is that everything was very good, a quality-price ratio that is rarely found.
The charming owner helps you in every way she can and is very flexible regarding check-in and check-out times.
The environment.... for us who really like tranquility and nature, an ideal place. Within walking distance of areas of interest and you can take various excursions.

Splendid place surrounded by nature, impressive views and several routes in a green environment. It has several paeria houses, one of which has a swimming area very close to the house and a swimming pool. The other two are closer to each other and have an indoor pool that opens in summer, usable from April to September.

We spent 4 days in July at Casa El Molí, it was a fantastic experience.
Great house, all rooms with full bathroom.
Cleanliness a perfect 10.
