Can Nentia is an integral rental house of the IXX century, where the Puig family has lived since 1922. It is located in Fonteta, a quiet town, at the foot of the Natural Interest Space of les Gavarres in the heart of Baix Empordà. It is very well connected, surrounded by nature, charming medieval villages and, the best beaches of the Costa Brava, are 20 minutes from our house.
It is a very large house, approximately 200 m2 with capacity for 9 people, on the ground floor we have a kitchen, perfectly equipped, the hall, a large dining room, a bathroom and a charming inside patio. On the first floor we have 4 comfortable and spacious rooms, one double with bathroom, one triple with bathroom, one triple and one single with shared bathroom, all of them with fan.
We have tree Queen Size beds. two individual ones of 90cm and one of 105 cm.
We only have one house, which gives you the privilege of the exclusive use of all equipment.
Next to the house we have a garden of 1600 m2 with swings, barbecue and salt chlorination pool of 8×4.
