Mas Pla is an agricultural property located on the road from Caldes de Malavella to Llagostera. It offers two complete rural houses to rent, El Lledoner and La Magnòlia, which are connected inside, sleeping a maximum of 20 people.
La Magnòlia rural accommodation can be rented out to combine with El Lledoner, making it ideal for groups of 20 people, as it can sleep up to 8 additional people. The bedrooms have two double beds and four singles. It also has its own kitchen with fireplace, dining room, bathroom with shower and living room with television.
The games room at Mas Pla offers guests a pool table, table football and board games. Outside the house you will find a barbecue (under cover, for rainy days), a porch with ping-pong, and chairs and tables for everyone, and in summer there is also a temporary swimming pool (4.27 m x 4.27 m).
Mas Pla occupies an area of 32 hectares, covering fields and two small wooded areas to take a stroll in and enjoy nature up close. There are also tracks around the fields that can be enjoyed walking, running or by bicycle. The property also has a chicken coop with roosters, hens, turtledoves, peacocks, parakeets and cockatiels.
Thanks to its location, the house offers easy access to the La Selva Greenways, which can be followed either hiking or by mountain bike. If you prefer the sea, you can also visit the nearby beaches of Platja d’Aro and Tossa de Mar.
