La Solana és una casa de lloguer individual, però adossada, pot connectar amb l’allotjament del costat més gran, La Pallissa.

Aquesta casa de turisme rural forma part de la finca de Can Gat Vell, un lloc espectacular per passar les teves vacances. Només cal veure la rodalia!

Per començar, el jardí de la propietat és un terreny espectacularment immens. Disposes de dues piscines amb tanca, una d’elles adaptada per a nens petits.

Com a part dels espais comuns del lloguer de casa rural, també pots fer servir les barbacoes compartides, amb els bancs i taules.

Després de dinar, o per fer venir la gana, juga a futbol, bàsquet o ping-pong a les instal·lacions. Tu tries!

I si el que vols és conèixer la zona que envolta Can Gat Vell, a escassos 10 minuts en cotxe trobaràs platges de la Costa Brava, cales cristal·lines on fer activitats aquàtiques, com kitesurf, busseig o simplement, nedar tranquil·lament.

Pobles i ciutats molt interessants es troben a prop, com Banyoles, Figueres o Girona.

My experience at Can Gat Vell de Llampaies has been lovely, very good. My stay at La Solana in a very cozy and quiet place to be able to rest, and to be able to enjoy the garden, to enjoy the fresh air and the sun, and also to be able to enjoy a swim in the pool with very good views. Everything is very clean, impeccable, you can tell that there is a lot of dedication, and the garden is very well maintained. The location is ideal, in Llampaies, in the area of Saus and Camallera, in Alt Empordà, 2 km from Camallera, with services, station. You can do many routes around Llampaies that go towards Camallera, Vilaür, Bàscara (Orriols, Calabuig...). And Llampaies has an impressive giant pine, the Pi Gros de Llampaies, hidden in the forest, very beautiful! 17 minutes from the beaches of L'Escala and Sant Pere Pescador, and close to cities such as Figueres, Girona and Torroella de Montgrí. Isabelle is very kind and very attentive to everyone. Everything fantastic! Super grateful for my stay at Can Gat Vell.

This place is amazing I wish I could have stayed longer!
Rooms are spacious and clean, in the common area you have access to fridge ,laundry and BBQ.
The pool is amazing and of natural water
The top factor of this place is the host,Isabelle,she s a source of infinite informations on what to do around there ,as CatVell is located very close to many attractions and wonderfull seaside!

We had three fabulous weeks at Can Gat Vell in July this year and found every aspect to be outstanding. The location is perfect, very quiet but with easy access to lovely beaches (twenty minute drive) and a number of really good restaurants within a ten minute drive. The apartment was immaculately clean and really well equipped, if we had any questions then Isabelle answered them straight away. The pool area, communal tables and gardens were always pristine, we really enjoyed the pool area with it’s fantastic views, relaxing feel and nice breeze. We have already booked again for next year and would highly recommend Can Gat Vell as a great location. Isabelle is a fantastic host.

Review of Can Gat Vell Rural Tourism Costa Brava
Excellent and safe stay!
We stayed @ Can Gat Vell 2 weeks last summer (july/august) with our family of 4 (kids 8 and 6 years old). Despite the corona crisis, we had a very pleasant stay in the appartement El Mirador.
Everything was very clean and Isabelle ensured that the COVID-hygienic rules were followed. We felt safe there! The region is beautiful. You can do al lot of outdoor adventures with the kids! Isabelle can give you all the information you need!

Isabelle is a helpful, kind and sympathetic owner/host who runs El Gat Vell, her family business, with the professional care and attention to detail that you would expect from a five star establishment. A tranquil rural country house setting on the edge of the ancient village of Llampeis, yet within minutes of the National 2 road, between Girona and Figueres with easy access to Girona and Barcelona airports. Three exquisitely decorated and generously equipped traditional stone houses which are flexibly arranged to provide private, independent accommodation to suit couples, families and groups of up to 35 people, with excellent facilities including swimming pool, barbecues, games room, animal corner, children's play area and private parking.
